Two design versions of a top cover of an inverter power electronics enclosure are compared with respect to their stiffness under a top load case.

Comparison of 3 different design versions for a Bike Frame under a torsional load case. 

The project shows how to set up realistic load cases relevant for bike frame design and what (possible) design changes can make the frame stiffer and avoid stress hot spots.

Comparison of two different cold plate designs for a power electronics enclosure cover. 

The coolant temperature and supply rate are the same for both designs. The trade off in such a design is higher pressure drop vs. more effective cooling.

We compare 2 different versions: A big coolant channel with a version with many pins that drive a more distributed coolant flow.

Project to validate the resistance of a ship hull / vessel under different conditions. Multiphase flow simulation. Turbulent and Laminar.

Conductive Heat Transfer analysis test through a PCB board (simplified version - incorrect material assignment, just testing geometry and meshing capabilities)

This simulation aims at identifying hot spots in the design of a snow shield that's supposed to be used on a hand-operated snow clearing machine. 
The snow shield is made of steel and will be supporting an horizontal and static load of 80 kN and its attachments will be fixed.
This process will help to improve and optimise the design

Flow simulation study of a dust cyclone separator. Given inlet flow rate and dimension, pressure drop and velocity distribution inside the separator are being analyzed.
