As a general workflow to check convergence, a good practice would be for you to verify where your solution diverged by creating a reference point. For more information please take a look:

As you haven’t shared the URL to your simulation, I can’t pinpoint what exactly the problem is. But a common one has to do with the quality of your mesh:

That in turn usually is due to unwanted features of your CAD model.
