What's the difference between Non-Hydrostatic Pressure and Pressure

Hi, I have run my project and clicked on Solution Fields, and I wonder what is the difference between “Non-Hydrostatic Pressure” and “Pressure” in the topic coloring because the pressure result is different, that is when I chose non-hydrostatic pressure, it’s all the same color, but when I chose pressure, it will be rainbow.
