Validation of the mesh

Hi everyone,
I am trying a proper mesh to do a good CFD for an external flow. I tried dozens of combinations but cannot lower the max non-orthogonality from 88. Also, the boundary layer is not well-formed, and I do not know why. Could anyone help me?

Hi there,
I noticed you do not have an external flow region present for your model.
I would suggest the following steps:

1. Create an external flow region

2. Delete the solid bodies

3. Assign material to the flow region

4. Create a mesh

Now I have created a mesh with standard default settings, to begin with. The mesh has around 380k nodes. The overall mesh quality is 0.39 which is acceptable. And the non-orthogonality is 0.79

If required, you can then move on to hex-dominant meshing.
