I have tried to create an external flow volume around a car of mine. It said I have a fault in a surface but I cannot figure out what it is I have tried many things to fix it but everything that I try says there are no faults but when I try and create a flow volume it says there is a fault.

This small orange face is causing the issue.
Please delete it in the CAD mode as the video shows, and then proceed with your flow volume.
