By default, the gap detection tool reveals gaps within a tolerance of 1e-5 m. If you slightly decrease this tolerance, you will observe additional gaps appearing near the front and back areas.
Alternatively, within SimScale’s CAD mode, there are several operations at your disposal to address this, including Split, Imprint, Move, Boolean/Unite, Body/Delete, and more. To assist you, an example of the internal flow volume generated is provided here in this link. Kindly review the operations history within the CAD mode.
