I want to extract data from solution fieldin excel form or in CSV file. please help me with this.

On any results graph in the various simulations’ plots, there is a hamburger type dropdown in the top right that lets you download a csv file of that plots data (then, in Ecxel you are on your own 
).

In addition to Dale’s suggestion; in case what you’re looking for is exporting the solution field to a csv file (coordinates of nodes vs solution variables, etc), then this can be done by using a third party software such as Paraview. You can download the solution field in the post-processor and import it to Paraview to carry on. More information can be found here and in Paraview forums.
