Simulation setup has errors

Hi Simscale team,

I am having issues in generating mesh for my cad model which is locomotive. This is my setup for my external cfd simulation. Every required values had been entered respectively.

while starting mesh, it is showing me an error. Even combining all the solid bodies using union feature, still these bodies doesn’t show as a single object.

Please guide me what to do after this error? should I click on generate mesh or need to make any changes in the setup?

Hi @mskumar,

This is happening because, when you’re running an Incompressible analysis only one solid part can be present as it doesn’t allow for solid/fluid interactions.

That said, you should only have the flow region in your geometry and delete all other solid bodies as done in this tutorial.
