sorry for the delayed reply! The issue you experienced was due to the fact that your license wasn’t activated yet. It can take up to 24h until the request to enable the NUADA app for a user is processed and only after the confirmation mail is sent, the app will work.
I can see that you meanwhile have a valid license. Can you try again and let us know if it works?
