It says my mesh is self interesecting when I try to generate it. Don’t know why. Checked the mesh log and put in the coordinates (assuming they’re given in x,y,z order in the log) and the probe point is way off my region.
Also I heard increasing tolerance of volume refinement can make the error go away but I doubled the tolerance from what it was set to on default and nothing changed.

Since you are conducting an incompressible simulation, you need to have only one single volume body in your simulation. Currently there are two bodies: cylinder and the flow region.
I would recommend you to delete the cylinder body before proceeding.
This could be the reason for the self-intersection.
