I created (2) basic model similar to a muffler design with different levels of restriction inside. This is modeled in a compressible air volume. Is there any way to review the pressure outlets temperature, velocity? Would the convergence plot be a good way to review designs side by side? And on the plot where can I find a key for the colored lines shown for “P”, “H”, etc…

I would personally look at the pressure drop. For that you can create something called a result control item and see if the outlet pressure fluctuates over several iterations, once you see a converging behaviour, that’s a quite good indicator if you can “trust” the results. As for the convergence plots, they should drop to around 10e-4 or 10e-5 .
