Hey ekounis,

The project that I can see on your profile seems to be successfully simulated. I can also open the post processor without any problem. Do you still see a similar error while trying to access the post processor? Or is it some other project you are mentioning above? Could you please share the project URL here and also share it with support?

Best,
Satvik

Hey shenoy,

the issue persists, yeah., see below:

Error id: yDgJNUpF
Reference code: f63ab645-d013-41c5-887f-f208ecb068bf

Can it be related to firewall settings?

Hey ekounis,

Everyone is able to view the post processor without any issues. I am not sure which browser or system you are using. Maybe it has something to do with that. You can run this test to see if the system is compatible: SimScale Compatibility Test Page. Let us know what it says.

Just to confirm though, could you please share the project URL? Also add a screenshot of the entire page here when you see the error!

Thanks!

Hi Shenoy,

this is the URL of the results page
Tutorial 2: Pipe junction flow | SimScale Workbench

I also ran the compatibility test. Everything seems fine except from this:

And the screenshot of the entire page:

Thanks for the help. Let me know if you need more details.

Hi @ekounis,

I was also able to open the results on my end:

This indeed seems like an issue where websockets are being blocked by your machine/network provider. Maybe you could try switching between the different possibilities to troubleshoot where the issue is coming from exactly? e.g. trying a different machine, a different browser, a different network…

Cheers
Igor

hi igor,

this issue has been resolved. it was indeed firewall related.
