I’m currently doing an incompressible flow simulation, but what is the order of accuracy of the result for both space and time? How does SimScale achieve this accuracy?
Since I am not sure about the algorithms behind the program and there weren’t specific explanations online, any information would be appreciated!

The accuracy of the run will depend on it’s convergence after the End time is completed. By default, SimScale sets the number of iterations to 1000 - so the accuracy of the run is given by the results after 1000 iterations.
This is why it’s a good practice to also set area averages on faces of interest (such as inlets and outlets) to manually observe the variable’s convergence there.
