The standard algorithm for meshing in SimScale is automatic and you can find more information about it over at this documentation page. Take for example the crane tutorial that’s available at our website:
The easiest way to generate a mesh is just to click on “Generate”:
But you can also do it manually by clicking on the “Manual” option:
