Meshing Error Boolean union of the model produced invalid

The following mesh operation(s) failed: Mesh 1 An unexpected error occurred while preparing the model for meshing: the Boolean union of the model parts produced an invalid model A1_I33_B2. Any thoughts to fix this issue?
