Hello. My problem is that my mesh on Incompressible 7 is not generating due to a problematic edge in my model. On my previous test, (Incompressible 6) the same issue took place, but however, this was fixed after setting the small feature suppression to 1e-5.
But for some reason, when I set it to the same value, it says “Small feature suppression tolerance is too large (more than 15% of the model’s faces were marked for suppression). Small feature suppression was disabled and the mesh will use the original model without suppression.” I decided to increase it - up to 1e-300, but it still says the same thing.
It seems like you were able to generate the mesh for your model, could you share with the Community how you managed to do it?
As a sidenote, it’s better to simply remove these problematic issues in a CAD tool instead of having them fixed by the Small Feature suppresion. Looking at the meshing log, the Non-orthogonality for your model is still pretty high and this will likely lead to instabilities in your simulation.
