Link outlet flow to Inlet Flow

I am testing how well a heater works in an oil tank. I was wondering if there was any way to link the outlet temperature of a pump port to the inlet temperature as it heats over time.

Thanks for posting your question! By your explanation, it should be possible, but do you already have a CAD model and a project link? It would be great to let us know more about what you are trying to achieve.
