Indoor environment and temperature change

Hello, I would like to use simscales CHT V2.0 to see the air circulation inside the closed building without using HVAC. Previously I have used CHT V2.0 with my building and I’ve applied solar load, velocity and temperature, but the results for indoor temperature stayed constant.

The variables in this project are the windows, which lets the air in-out with a certain velocity.

I would like to know if its possible to see the indoor temperature change naturally throughout the day inside the building model? if yes then how.

ps; Ive read the article about the indoor environment on simscale but it was using hvac, so its not what im looking for.

I think what you’re looking for is a natural convection boundary condition. In order to see the change in temperature with time, you’d have to run a transient simulation.

However, these kinds of simulations are usually very demanding from a computational standpoint, so keep in mind to set the parameters and the time period to a reasonable amount (usually a few seconds, not full days). In the following video you can find more information on that:
