Hi i cannot access simscale simulation as it says that my browser (Google chrome) is incomaptible. It says WebGl test failed and shows a cross sign with GPU, WebGL etc

I did all the troubleshooting and enabled the webgl still it shows a cross sign at webgl when i check the compatibility of my browser. Its so frustrating, i have to complete an assignment and im stuck in this trivial problem
