*I am trying to simulate the heat transfer on an AIO radiator. While importing it takes a very long time on sewing until it gives and error that it cannot import the geometry and that gives an error that the simscale team will research on it.
My first suspect causing this is the fins in between the tubes but do not know how I can simpliify them further in the geometry without affecting the results drastically.

You most likely have to repair your CAD in a software of your choice - maybe go with Onshape then you can easily use the integrated plugin to upload your CAD into your project.
If you were not able to upload your files, make sure to share it via a cloud link so that we can access it in case it is needed.

THANK you. i managed to upload the file but now i am struggling to create a mesh after setup. It keeps failing due to core hours
is there any workaround for this? its for a school project
