I think you can better setup the model:
The right boundary condition: I think that you should allow rotation of the end face, perhaps by using another remote displacement bc.
The load: Looks ok to me. You can also apply a pressure load, given that you compute the correct magnitude for it.
Could you help me implement this BC?

To implement this boundary condition, you would do exactly as you did with the other one, but would change to not constrain in the axial direction.
