How to create an enclosure for a surface model to do cfd?

Could someone point me to tutorials for how to do cfd on a surface model? How to clean the geometry, and how to create enclosure etc? I was following this tutorial “How to Simulate the External Aerodynamics of an Ahmed Body” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABTRxqpeO_Q&ab_channel=SimScale but got stuck at 2:52. My model doesn’t give an option to Add Geometry Operation > Enclosure.
I have a pack and go file from cad.
