Error when trying to to import ipt file

I’m trying to set up a CFD test, but I’m getting this error when trying to import my .ipt file. In the past, I’ve been able to upload .ipt files with no issues, but now, all of a sudden, I can’t. How can I fix this?

“Upload failed”
“An unexpected error occurred. Please contact support for assistance.”

Hey BEAR2024,

Please share the project URL along with maybe a link with access to your CAD file with us so we can take a look if possible. Meanwhile, you can also try using OnShape to import it instead and then import it into SimScale directly from there. That seemed to have work in the past for a similar issue.

Hey @BEAR2024 ,

The seems to have been a problem over the weekend with the CAD import system. It should be working fine again now. Can you try again and let me know if you are now able to import the file as well?
