Hello everyone,
I created a project “Plates” to experiment with various geometries, loads and boundary conditions. When I use the whole geometry I received results, but when I use a quarter of geometry and planes of symmetry, I receive an error message. I would be grateful if someone reviewing my project and found my mistakes.

In most cases symmetry should be implemented with the “fixed value” constraint rather than the “symmetry” constraint. For an explanation of this seemingly counter intuitive advice please see this thread.
Here are some screenshots showing how to set up symmetry with the “fixed value” constraint.
