Error in post processing

Hello there,

launching some projects I get this error when I want to open the results:

Error id: pKbgFaEf

Reference code: cff2ebff-cee7-4bd0-be42-5f6b1198ed2b

Could someone help me here ?

Hi, have you already tried resetting the post-processor to default? Integrated Post-Processor | Post-processing | SimScale

Hi @afurno, thanks for posting on the forum,

Could you paste the link to your project to see if we get the same error on our end?

As a sidenote, I’m not sure what’s the workflow you’re currently applying, but keep in mind that, if you start loading your results on a browser tab you can’t leave it until it loads or else the results won’t show up!

Hi again @afurno,

I’ve opened your project and the results load as expected.

As I see it, you could now try either

Cleaning your browser’s cache
or
Using another web browser

Please try this out and let us know if it works!
