Different types of stresses and strains

Hi!
It is a static nonlinear analysis.
When extracting the result data, under the stress option, there are two types of stresses: Cauchy stress and von mises stress. My question is which one is the engineering stress and the other one is the true stress?

Similarly, for strains, there are nonlinear strain, equivalent plastic strain, etc.
Can anyone tell me which one is the true and engineering strain?
