ich have taken a look at your mesh and it seems like the inlet and outlet face was lost during the meshing process. Therefore no Air was able to enter or exit the fluid region.
Please investigate the mesh around this area.
One option could be to apply a surface refinement on the faces to ensure that the level of detail is applied.
