I’m new to simscale, and am trying to simulate a custom parametric high-pitch propeller at a very high rpm in a 320mph flow. I’m using a rotating zone for the propeller area, which I am hoping is set up in the right direction. The problem I am experiencing is a variety of failures in different ways, which mostly cite poor meshing. I added a refinement zone, but that didn’t fix it. Anybody see any glaring issues with my simulation? (I can only share it with support)

Taking a look at your Mesh’s max Non-orthogonality, it indeed looks pretty high:
This will make your simulation very likely to diverge. In order to inspect where in your mesh these faulty elements are contained, take a look at this knowledge base article:
