how can i figure out which numerics settings i have to choose for my simulation? Is there any kind of plan of procedure? Like the relaxation type, momentum predictor, solvers, and so on.
Especially for CHT Simulations.

You can use our existing Knowledge Base: Knowledge Base | Cloud-Based CAE Simulation | SimScale - or use the online documentation of OpenFOAM.
In general one should run a simulation without tweaking the settings at all and then in further steps take into account some setting changes. CFD Squad, if you have any additional resources for our user, please add them here.
