Car cabin thermal comfort simulation divergence

Hello guys,
I’m consistently having my simulation diverge at the specified coordinates in the screenshot. How can I fix the divergence at that specific point? How can I refine the mesh in a specific area? I have attached a screenshot of the divergence notification, the probe point I have created based on those coordinates, the solver log section where divergence starts, as well as the options that appear in mesh refinements.

I would appreciate detailed information on the refinement process, preferably multiple possible solutions that I can try out.

Velocity divergence issues are very common and have been resolved in many other forum chats.

Velocity divergence issues are normally caused by a relatively coarser mesh in an area where velocity variation or gradient might be relatively very large. These are normally around smaller elements in a model. The location mentioned in the error can help you figure out the region in which this happened. You might want to create a geometry primitive around that region where you have a probe point instead. And add a mesh refinement to that primitive.
