Hi
I am trying to add the bounding box layer additon refinement to my bounding box, what I need help with is selecting the face from A-F. How do you know which face the letter represents without running the mesh? It is an extrememly large mesh so trial and error is not possible
Thanks
Hey there!
Please post the link to your project and a descriptive picture of your model so we can understand the case and provide support!
I Want the lower face (the ground) to have the inflation layer. Currently with it set to face “C” that is the outer left face

The link doesn’t work, please fix it.
Beside this, why don’t you just directly select the face from the viewer for the layer assignment?
I’m not sure why the link isn’t working, hopefully this one works.
From the image, clicking onto the bounding box refinement removes the mesh box so I am unable to select a face that way. Unless im missing it?
Ok, I can see that you are using the Hex-dominant parametric mesher.
This workflow is not recommended, I suggest you to switch to the Standard mesher workflow, as shown in this tutorial:
This tutorial teaches how to set up, run, and analyze the aerodynamic flow behavior around a vehicle using the incompressible analysis type.

By the way, if you have a community account, a 46M cells mesh is too much, it will deploy your core hours.
