is it possible to create airflow in a room and, for example, add a radiator to that room, which would then change the airflow due to the temperature?

Yes, this should be possible. You can use this tutorial as a template, then model the radiator as a power source. For the analysis type, Conjugate Heat Transfer should work with/without solid parts.
