Aerodynamic Balance of a Car

I’m using an aerodynamic balance equation of a car mentioned in the Tutorial: Aerodynamics Simulation of Flow Around a Vehicle.

I couldn’t find a bibliography that mentioned it so that I could understand the equation and the results more deeply.

I would like a bibliography suggestion or a better analysis to help me in this question.

the equation is based on a basic momentum calculation from the rear wheel of the car and the total downforce.

The only difference is that in the Tutorial the Force Coefficients were used instead of total force values.
