I do not know if it is a problem with the parameters I have selected or the earthquake is too small?

Since we are not familiar with the specifics of the project, we can only provide general advice on how to perform these sorts of simulations. Dynamic studies tend to be very complicated to run and I’d advice you to go through some simpler examples (running for less time) and varying parameters such as the friction coefficient, amplitude, frequency etc.
