This project simulates incompressible non-newtonian flow through a sudden expansion.

Conjugate heat transfer validation. Air flow over a plate is considered for this case. The setup of CFD model and comparative results are explained in SimScale forum comments section of this project.

This simulation project analyses the temperature distribution and heat flux of coffee mugs made of Steel and Porcelain materials as two different simulation runs. A steady state heat transfer problem is simulated with convective heat transfer phenomena between coffee, coffee mug and surrounding air.
The physical data of the appropriate fields have been referred from Internet and experimental data references.

This project shows the steady-state thermal analysis of a heat sink.
