This is a conjugate heat transfer study in an electronics cooling project. With respect to the incoming air flow through the enclosed tunnel on the circular pin type heat sink design, and maximum component temperature, maximum power limit for the component was calculated.

The goal is to investigate several case studies in automotive components. This includes:
- mechanical stress simulations
- thermal simulations
- CFD simulations

This project shows an electronic cooling application of ICs on PCB using the conjugate heat transfer transfer technique, abbreviated as CHT. Conjugate heat transfer defines processes which involve variations of temperature within solids and fluids due to thermal interaction.
