In this project static structural FEA of front upright of Formula Student Vehicle is carried out under loading conditions. 800 newtons of force is applied at the both upper and lower control arm and 5000 newtons of force is applied as brake force and the behavior of upright is observed for the further considerations and use in vehicle.

This is the current wheel used on Cruzee. The material is Polypropylene and meets all structural needs. This simulation compares the normal wheel to a lighter wheel with fewer spokes and an improved spoke section. It is therefore tested that will it maintain the same level of stiffness radially and laterally while reducing weight.

In this project a static analysis of a beam und a gravitational load is demonstrated.

In this project tension, torsional and bending load tests of a hyperelastic rubber bellow is performed.
