The complex is a residential complex that includes 11 buildings and eleven floors, each floor has 4 apartments, and each building has 43 apartments, three types of apartments of different sizes and numbers.

The project is located on a land area of 31,628 m2 and contains three types of apartments with areas of (165-179-208) m2 according to (473) apartments.
