A dual fan duct for an Aero Titan. Version 2.  Changed outlet on the sides. Still problems with the flow. Nozzle to low.

A dual fan duct for an Aero Titan. Version 3.  Changed outlet on the sides. Nozzle problem fixed (Z+2mm). Better Airflow, but still to change the sides. No specified Airflow directly under the nozzle...
In the last version the longer sides helped a lot.

Ender-5 Pro low noise cooling air duct for the motherboard.

Mini Kossel hotend mount/fan duct for 2 4020 blower fans

Part cooling fan duct for Anycubic i3 Mega S with E3Dv6 hot end. Updated exit geometry to alter the exhaust angle upward slightly in order to impinge on the bottom of the nozzle ncompared to Rev D v6.

*Am performing a structural analysis to find maximum load bearing capacity of ladder foot step and also to verify the maximum  designated load of 3KN as well as it has to have a  factor of safety 2.5 and main the intention to find maximum stress acting area and redesign those area with respect to amount of deformation acting  on certain by optimising surface area at those regions.

Adjusting exhaust angle slightly upward - too low on v6

Adjusted internal fencing, adjusted nozzle exit angle upwards

More downward exhaust angle, more acute exit angle. v5 was still impinging on the nozzle.

Exhaust angle is just a bit high on the nozzle, adjusted to lower slightly. Added vertical fence in exhaust path (to improve flow routing and printability on the forward nozzle only - to check resultant flow.

Completely new duct exhaust design compared to previous revisions. Exit path is flat except for last bit of exhaust, which is angled downwards.

Adjusted exhaust entry to bottom of part. Exhaust angle deflected lower again over Rev F v3.

Fan duct for part cooling. Adjustment of exhaust exit angle slightly downwards over Rev F.

Increased exhaust angle downwards as v4 was impinging on nozzle
