I am trying to design a part-cooling system for my 3D printer using 2 x 4020 axial fans. Most cooling solutions for 3Dprinters use radial fans and small ducts, but I wanted to try a system with two axial fans and wide air ducts

Here I'm going to use conjugate heat transfer to simulate the  heat flow between strips of Nichrome  80/20 and a 300x300x3mm aluminum sheet and then calculate the convection heat transfer from the Al sheet to the air.
