Project for testing different features of SIMSCALE

The project goal is to do a temperature analysis of two blocks of IGBTs with a heatsink kept in a room. A combination of conductive and natural convective heat transfer should be used. The expected result is a higher temperature at the copperplates as they are the heat source spread to the heatsink.

Thermal Analysis of a Differential Casing

This project aims to showcase the different configuration options for the standard meshing tool, including basic and advanced settings. The various refinements are also covered.
