Meteorological stratospheric balloons are a relatively inexpensive way to deliver instruments that are able to meassure a wide range of physical quantities. During the discharge, there are sharp changes in temperature, which can lead to water condensation inside the devices and consequently damage the electronics. The essence of the work is the design of a heated chamber that will maintain the temperature of the balloon payload.
