One main inlet supplying the cool air with multiple pressure outlets to distribute the air.

Airflow analysis of a battery container filled with battery modules. Each module has operating static fans at outlet and inlet. Model is represented as a black box model with only free space introduced as a geometry.

Airflow modelling of the thermal behavior our current HVAC solutions establish within the containers.  A total of 22 racks on either side is placed with static pressure fans forcing cool air with the battery modules and rejecting the same heat air, heated, at the rear.

22 battery racks with 17 modules each is included in a 50' container. Each modules has its own static pressure fan pushing in cold air and reject air at a constant flow rate.

Evaluate thermal behaviour inside the room

Lockleaze battery container comprising of racks 10.R1 to 10.R15 and 20.R1 to 20.R15. Same model can be used for 30.R1 to 30.R15 and 40.R1 to 40.R15. Containers of interest include 4 HVAC containers rated at HH with 42 m3 permin airflow capacity at 40-150 Pa external pressure difference.

Wolverhampton baseline container at 50 feet long. Internally we get 35 racks with 17 modules each in addition to some DC breaker and an UI laptop. Due to container's extend, 6 HVAC units rated at HH at 42 m3 per min with a pressure differential of (0) 40- 150 Pa.

Main AC unit is blowing cold air vertically in the corridor. Battery modules, each has a static pressure fan circulating the cold inlet internally. Since AC does not run along entirety of the container it is useful to determine the hot/cold spots within the container.
