This project simulates Couette flow - flow in annulus fixed-rotating cylinder pair.

A straight pipe with high Re and unity Rossby number is studied to understand mesh effects and form best practices moving forwards

Water with density set to 1e3, dynamic viscosity set to 1e-3.
Incompressible, quasi-steady (because of how OF works)
Note that OF returns and solves for global coordinate system velocity
