In order to design more effective brakes rotor. we need to try many materials and many designs to determine the best and suitable for us. It is good to know the distribution of temperature on the body of the rotor to determine the dangerous places exposed to a large temperature and to modify the design to reduce the risk and expansion or deflation of temperature difference.we do thermal analysis with specified material(Stainless Steel - Grade 410 (UNS S41000) and new design
