I built a  Pneumatic launcher has been developed in my Final Year Project. the design was thoroughly simulated and  tested  on real grounds. this time  I am going to use Simscale and its immense computational power to carry out rigorousness structural simulations to predict the  actual  stress states as we got in  prototyping.

The air flow around a football is simulated with focus on the effects of the pattern on the football surface and spinning of the ball.

its a GrabCad  imported and modified crank shaft, I want to make a simple case study of stress analysis of this crack shaft for a linear elastic  material model. the project scope is to  explore the linear static analysis type in Simscale.

Webinar Project- Carotid Artery Bifurcation
The project simulates the flow of blood as a non-newtonian fluid through a realistic Carotid Artery Bifurcation. Simulation are performed for 3 cases- of a healthy blood vessel  with no calcification or blockage and through an moderately and severely calcified or blocked blood vessel. 
The results show the differences in pressure, velocity profile and the outlet flow  through the 2 branches.

high speed air flow is introduced from one end and the pipe is vented from the other end, the purpose of the simulation is to analyse a special kind of pneumatic cylinder.

This project simulates turbulent flow through a straight circular pipe.

A general crank shaft model is being analysed for the stresses and strains with linear and non linear static structural analysis modules. This study can be use to analyse some very fundamental stress/strain effects in a crank shaft.
Automotive industry is in a front row of innovation and optimization in terms of space, mass, time to manufacture, crash worthiness and ride comfort.  Finite element studies of different automotive components are in continuous development  with researchers around the world. Validation of FE model with experimental results
Nonlinear high strain loading
Challenge is to produce a simulation based tool for snap fit deign. With the help of research material different geometries have been prepared in Onshape and brought in here for analysis. Multiple simulation runs were evaluated to get to the converged results for straight cantilever beams (straight beam cantilever ex 1, 2). Two different cases have been evaluated for the straight cantilever beam like the shape factor analysis. The correct strain level has been achieved in both the situations but there is huge difference in extracting the force value from the simulation this needs to be further analyzed. 
Similarly U shaped beams (U snap ex 1 non Linear) are also simulated for which 41 percent of error is observed in displacement of end point, this could further be improvised by more different filleting options, they might be having an impact on some strains... over all the simulation is mesh independent as different meshing have been done to see if there is any huge result change, but not observed.
