About this project

This project focuses on simulating potential safety hazards inside a chemical reactor tank, including the risks of burns, falls due to catalyst residues, and potential burial under spent catalysts. The objective is to analyze the temperature distribution of the spent catalysts and assess the conditions that may lead to worker injuries during maintenance operations. The simulation results will be used to develop safety protocols and improve tank design to prevent such incidents.
