About this project

Ultra-realistic render of an industrial cyclone designed for a spray dryer, based on a technical schematic. The cyclone is made of 316 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, reflecting its surroundings with precision. It features a cylindrical upper structure with a smooth, polished cap, connected to a vertical tube that extends downward into the main chamber. The main chamber has a cylindrical shape with a tangential side inlet, designed to generate an efficient vortex. The lower section of the cyclone tapers into a conical shape, ending in an outlet with a control valve for collecting dried material. All welds and joints are flawlessly crafted, with no visible imperfections. The metallic surface reflects the ambient lighting, with subtle highlights and smooth reflections. The scene is set in a clean industrial environment, with HDR lighting to enhance the texture and finish of the stainless steel.
