The objective is to understand the propagation of a pulse  in the baffled tube

The project goal is to test Simscale for pulsating flows. The simulation consists of a simple pipe flow with a velocity profile at inlet.

The objective of the simulation is to validate the simulation approach given in the literature. As a first step, the velocity profile in the region will be validated. Next the simulation will focus on determining the P/V values using simulation

effect of pulsation on the axial flow profile in the system. Also, determine the P/V based on the pulse frequency and pulse amplitude

The objective is to understand the propagation of oscillations from a small diameter pipe to a large dia pipe

In this case, we study the effect of flow obstruction on the pipe flow behavior. The flow obstruction is caused by 7 orifices that are placed at equal spacing from one another.  Extra length near the entrance and exit is given for flow development.
