About this project

Wind analysis on dimpled high rise building skin. Boundary layer effects on great scale dimpled surface for turbulence reduction near the object. This second step focuses on the dimpled skin concept. The aim is to verify how ETFE cushions placed on tower facade can improve the delaying of flow boundary layer evolution to a turbulent state along the surface of the architectural skin. A more stable downstream flow will ensure more security to eVTOLs take-off and landings operations.
